  Honestly I find that my juice needs straining more now with the new drum and strainer than it did with the original parts... I'm happy to be back to juicing but not happy about the performance and the quality of my juice..

  New drum and extractor have given a new lease on life to my Oscar DA1000 unit. What I like about the juicer: excellent juices (so vital), easy/fast to clean the unit and attachments, processes plant material thoroughly and with little effort, and compared to other juicers, very quiet.

  Glad to have refreshed my awesome juicer with shiny new parts. My motor initially failed and the company replaced it for free as per the warranty. I’m sure it will continue going for many years as it’s an absolute tank. Happy to buy new parts knowing how well the motor works and that the juicer will last me a long time.

  Like having a brand new machine. Thankfully these two items are sold together and if you are looking to replace one of them, you also have to replace the other.

  Thanks for your feedback. Note that you only need to replace the drum if you have the old drum number 1. The newer version of the strainer works with the newer drum. All Oscars sold since around 2017 came with the newer drum. Customers need to compare theirs to the photo on the website
