I must say, this was possibly the best digital buying experience I have ever had. Anyone who owns an online retailer should take a leaf out of your book. The updates were regular and I knew exactly what was happening with my purchases. One item was out of stock, and instead of just getting an email, I received a telephone call and the person recommended which alternative item I should buy....
