Your order was placed on the afternoon of 8 July. The courier collected 9 July and delivered 12 July. Glad to hear you found the site easy to use. Order for spare parts take a little longer as the spares are shipped from KZN. The Oscar juicers are shipped from either CPT, JHB or KZN - depending where the customer is located. The juicers are usually delivered within 1 or 2 days. Regards Dylan

29-04-2021Very quick service to replace the part and the part fits and works. All we actually needed was the seal/ washer. It is a pity you don't sell this separately... it seems very pricy to buy the whole cover when all I need is a washer. But otherwise we are super happy with our Oscar.JohannesburgAdministrators CommentHi Nigel, thanks for your feedback. We are only able to supply 'complete parts' as they come from the factory in Korea. For individual washers/seals, I recommend trying a plumbing/hardware store - I have found the right size seal in the past.
