The Classic juicer produces more than the DA900. The only thing is I find it not as stable as the DA900. The front end has movement when in the process of juicing where the DA900 does not have so left me feeling a bit concerned. I was informed that this is normal. I was looking only for the strainer for DA900 but you advised to buy both ,the strainer and drum. I don't see any difference between the old and the new drum as the new strainer also fits perfectly with the old drum. Generally disappointed with the juicer as the parts are too expensive and obviously not the top quality if they are prone to breaks. What is the point of spending 25% of the price for the new juicer on two parts? --- ----- REPLY --------- Hi Jasmina, sorry to hear that you needed to replace a part. Looking at your order history, your juicer was purchased in 2015. The strainer would be expected to experience some wear over 9 years, depending on intensity of use. I see that this is the first time that you are buying parts for the juicer. The DA900 was an older model at the time of purchase. A new strainer and drum set for the DA900 was in introduced in 2016. These stronger parts should be used together. Please refer to images on the website to see the difference between the two versions of these parts.
