Beetroot & Ginger Kickstart
I really enjoy drinking this juice first thing in the morning. I make it a really generous helping of ginger. Not for the faint hearted!

- Beetroot, Ginger
Directions
Drink this juice first thing in the morning.
Juice one large beetroot and a piece of ginger of approx 2 cm. If you like, you can add a small piece of lemon with the zest on.
The beetroot helps oxygenate and clease the blood. Beetroot juice helps increase your performance when doing exercise.
The ginger gives your metabolism a kickstart. Ginger also has great anti inflammatory and anti cancer properties.
